Paperback Pals, under the banner of Silver Oak University IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity Group, hosted an engaging "Murder Mystery 2.0" session. Designed to stimulate critical thinking and foster teamwork, this event provided participants with a unique blend of entertainment and intellectual challenge.

The event commenced with a unique approach, as participants were provided with personalized invitation cards detailing their assigned character traits well in advance. This preparation allowed them to fully engage with their roles, setting the stage for an immersive experience.

On the day of the event, participants were welcomed into a carefully crafted atmosphere that set the tone for the mystery ahead. The session opened with a detailed introduction to the storyline, which centered around a group of characters who were reuniting after years apart
for a celebratory event.
The investigation phase was structured to encourage thorough analysis and collaborative problem-solving. Participants were given a series of clues, each adding a layer of complexity to the mystery. As they navigated through the evidence, they were required to work together, share insights, and debate possible scenarios. This phase of the event not only tested their analytical abilities but also emphasized the importance of effective communication and
teamwork in reaching a consensus.
The climax of the session was marked by a group discussion, where participants presented their findings and theories about the identity of the murderer.
